Lifeboat launch was false alarm
Tenby inshore lifeboat was launched yesterday afternoon, following reports of a swimmer in difficulty at South Beach Tenby.
Lifeboat and coastguard crews scoured the area but found nobody in the water and everybody present and accounted for.
The call out has been treated as a false alarm with good intent.
