Tenby Sailing Club has been preparing for the new season of races.

Normal service for the club is set to resume on April 6.

Sailors will compete for the Doctor White Cup, opening the TSC racing season with three races.

After that, there will be races each week, with two races every Saturday, starting with the first race at 3pm, and a singular race on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm.

Before normal service kicks-off, youngsters over the age of eight are invited to register their interest to learn sailing skills.

Registration is open on April 3 from 6pm, with a second opportunity on April 10.

Meanwhile, some of the club's young sailors, including Nina Marsh, Jon and Amelia Nuttall, may be missed from the practice race on March 30.

They will be in the RYA Youth National Championships.

In anticipation of the Cruiser Racing, which starts on May 4, the club will host the annual Lifting-in of the Caldey Boats, Cruisers, and other crafts on April 10.

Saundersfoot SC hosted a squad training session for the 29er Class last weekend. These 2 man skiffs were designed as a feeder class to the Olympic 49er. TSC helped out with provision of Safety Rhibs.
